The Opportunity:
As an Acquisition Program Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, and other project resources.

Work with us and ensure the Army accomplishes its goals within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for developing acquisition requirements packages (ARPs), including the Performance Work Statement and Statement of Work (PWS/SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). You will assist with shaping an effective acquisition strategy to meet mission needs.

You Have:
Experience with various contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee, and Time and Materials and conditions for use of such contracts
Knowledge of contract types, including engineering and management services, research and development, production and product improvement
Knowledge of procurement statues and regulations, contracting methods, policies, procedures, and contract types
Knowledge of Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and the fair opportunity process to award Task and Delivery Orders under multiple award IDIQ contracts
Knowledge of Army Acquisition and Budget processes
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFARS
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the use of IT tools to accomplish work efforts, including web-based tools, such as SharePoint
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
