Job Description
Key Role:
Coordinate facilities and administrative services, including clerical and support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services and telecommunications. Understand role and apply knowledge of program and project requirements, policies, and procedures. Perform moderately difficult support tasks with minimal supervision and follow general instruction.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience with administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and preparing DTS authorizations and providing operations support
- Experience with preparing DTS authorizations and providing miscellaneous operations support
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate and document events such as travel, meetings, and conferences
- Ability to provide administrative support essential for the systems engineering and architecture development processes, including preparation, review, compliance monitoring, progress evaluation, schedule compliance, and technical assessments
- Ability to develop a variety of reports, monthly progress or status reports, and generate invoices to the Government
- Ability to monitor and track obligations and expenditures for assigned contract tasks, schedules, ceilings, and reports
- Ability to resolve billing and invoice discrepancies
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED

- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
