Operations and Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide project management and operations support to an Army client. Assist with the development of schedules, plans, and analyses for organizational operations. Support the Program Manager (PM) in defining, planning, executing, and tracking complex programs for developing advanced technologies for the Army and other clients. Develop recommendations for adjustments in technology portfolios and priorities based on analyses of capability gaps. Provide internal and external briefings describing assigned programs. Interface with PMs, branch chiefs, and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and populate briefings with program information. Develop and maintain long-range plans supporting program roadmaps. Track and coordinate action items through maintaining organizational suspense log and perform general staff functions to support the PM and management staff.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in project management as a U.S. Army Officer, involving ground tactical maneuver, fire control, and observer systems
  • Experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Experience facilitating integrated indirect fire weapon systems tests and exercises at the battalion level, and working with operators in field tests
  • Knowledge of Army military ground operations and maneuvers at a tactical level
  • Ability to analyze operational problems, summarize results, and offer recommendations through high level briefings and written reports
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

  • PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
