As a Weapon Systems Cybersecurity Policy Analyst on our team, you’ll support client efforts by bringing in-depth understanding and expertise of both weapon systems and cybersecurity to help reduce cyber risk to critical missions. You will be a critical member of a high performing team supporting a DoD senior executive responsible for implementation of cybersecurity, survivability, and resiliency within acquisition portfolios, and cybersecurity, survivability, and resiliency capability development. You will provide analytical support for the development of best practices and policies to better enable program offices to implement cyber risk management to protect and defend critical weapon systems, command and control systems, and Defense Critical Infrastructure. You will lead collaborative teams, synthesize findings, communicate results to non-technical clients, develop and coordinate staffing packages for senior leadership, and implement departmental requirements to task actions to services and combatant commanders.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience supporting the DoD and interacting with senior leaders, program office personnel, and acquisition systems OEMs and integrators
- 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, or weapon systems cybersecurity policy
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with teams and stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables
- Experience coordinating and leading meetings, both pre-planned and short notice
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with all phases of the DoD Acquisition life cycle and DoD acquisition policies
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the acquisition, development, and sustainment of weapons systems and associated components, assessment and mitigation of vulnerabilities in weapons systems, including cyber vulnerabilities, and assessing and enabling cyber resilience of critical DoD missions and major weapons systems
- Experience interacting with DoD service acquisition program offices and supporting DoD Cyber focused organizations
- Experience with data analysis and modeling and simulation tools
- Experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) used in developing and validating requirements for DoD systems, including the Cyber Survivability Endorsement to the System Survivability Key Performance Parameter
- Knowledge of Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), Mission Essential Tasks (MET) or Mission Essential Task Lists (METL), and Joint Operations
- Knowledge of the joint planning process and tool suites
- Ability to perform detailed qualitative or quantitative analyses to develop recommendations that address challenging client issues independently
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Military Operations, or Engineering
- Security+ or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
