Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a senior technical and business leader for our foreign investment review team and deliver and build business in Government organizations who are members of the CFIUS. Bring government-recognized credibility and leadership expertise to identify and win business opportunities. Apply knowledge of the federal government foreign investment review process to establish standard operating procedures for the team. Leverage management and leadership expertise as a task leader and oversee the execution of risk assessments on foreign transactions or investments into the U.S. Provide support for the review of government filings, assign cases across the team, and engage with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with senior technical and business leadership in CFIUS or Foreign Investment Review programs
Experience with building and maintaining government client relationships and credibility with investment review clients and organizations
Ability to leverage relationships and credibility and identify and win business opportunities
Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of client efforts, including assessing foreign transaction risks, case management, and monitoring foreign transactions or investments into the U.S.
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with DoD foreign investment review programs
Experience with the capture of significant foreign investment review programs
Experience with building and managing teams of 25 or more
Experience in client-related legal analysis, interacting with attorneys in the government, and representing parties in client-relevant transactions
Possession of excellent written communication skills
Possession of excellent briefing and presentation skills
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
