Service Desk Analyst

The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to support fast-paced IT operations for a data platform that will help the DoD to modernize their budgeting toolset? As a service desk analyst, you will be the face of the program and will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting users for a large-scale data analytics platform.

We need a service desk analyst who will triage and address incidents, problems, account requests, and service requests, while applying commercial-level customer support. We’re looking for a service-focused leader who thrives on the opportunity to help DoD users to solve problems.

You Have:
-Experience in a user-facing IT operations environment

-Experience with ticket management through tools, including Jira Service Desk, Remedy, or ServiceNow

-Ability to exhibit a customer-centric perspective, aligned with leading commercial-level service desk support
-Ability to provide remote after-hours support in an on-call capacity
-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
-Experience in commercial service desk environments
-Experience with monitoring technologies, including Splunk, SolarWinds, or Amazon CloudWatch
-Experience with the deployment, automation, maintenance, and management of Cloud-based environments
-Knowledge of ITIL with a focus on process improvement

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Top Secret clearance
-Active IAT-II Certification, including Security+
