The Opportunity:

As a Data Processing Technician, you will be integral to our mission of safeguarding national security by processing and interpreting foreign instrumentation signals. This role requires increasing levels of expertise in signal processing and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence through detailed documentation. You will collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals to enhance our understanding of potential threats and technological advancements. You'll perform signals intelligence tasks with general supervision and guidance. Using basic tools, you'll accurately identify signals and process data in support of Intelligence Production Operations and other organizational requirements and contribute to intelligence reports and database updates.

You Have:
2+ years of experience in a signals intelligence or digital signals processing environment
Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation
Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with performing technical work in ground station operations
Experience with using specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
Experience with writing or executing signals processing scripts
Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and intelligence oversight policies
Ability to recognize, document, and evaluate system inaccuracies
Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or Intelligence Studies preferred
Completion of 450 and 451 Signals Analysis Courses or similar
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
