The Opportunity:
Your role architects, develops, and operationalizes software solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of technology platforms. You'll apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work without considerable direction, mentor or supervise team members.
On our team, you’ll help design, develop, and secure cloud-based mission-critical application solutions. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment using cloud capabilities. Using your technical experience, you’ll work with DoD agency stakeholders to inform strategy and design and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You’ll recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the environment and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You’ll work with your team as they help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Additionally, you’ll grow your skills with Microsoft cloud tools such as Power Platform and oper source tools such as ELK for application and automation development for the DoD. You Have:
2+ years of experience in Power Platform development or ELK
Experience with UI design, including designing Power BI dashboards and developing applications in Power Apps and workflows in Automate
Experience with Elastic Stack, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Beats, including installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting these products
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable Elasticsearch clusters, optimizing performance to ensure optimal Elastic search Indices and search APIs, and building Kibana Dashboards, transforming and correlating data with Logstash and managing logs with filebeat
Knowledge of the entire Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing applications and using multiple connectors leveraging Power Platform, including Automate, Apps, BI, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Web Services
Experience building Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing Power Platform best practices
Experience building Power Apps Portals and leveraging Power Automate to create new and improved business process flows
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployments and SharePoint migrations to Office 365
Ability to interpret and design database models and integrate Internal Office and Dynamics 365 systems with aspects of the Power Platform
Ability to establish and address security concerns within Power Platform tools
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft PowerApps or ELK Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
