Program Manager

The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program management skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled team member to examine how those resources are used and keep the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, to help us ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for you to join our team as we develop the Joint Common Access Platform (JCAP) capability for the Army. JCAP provides a protected, managed, orchestrated environment and common firing platform to coordinate and execute the delivery of cyber effects against approved targets. You’ll monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools and regular interactions with team members, industry partners, and clients. The real power of program management comes from communication, so you’ll create status updates, risk analyses, critical path analyses, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to government leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts and leads through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve DoD capabilities by developing a program strategy and eliminating risks across projects.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
