The Challenge:

When our country’s cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough – we need a plan. When that plan needs to protect the DoD Information Networks, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, a cybersecurity and knowledge engineer with the skills to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.

You’ll help review our client’s cyber configurations and ensure they stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll help develop a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work with the client to help them operate securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Join us as we protect the DoD information network. You’ll develop, modify and distribute guidance, plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with knowledge management

  • Experience in Information Systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design, and documentation preparation

  • Experience providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools

  • Experience with cybersecurity and public key infrastructure

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing and applying organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,400.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
