Job Description
Key Role:
Manage engineering support for all the processes and activities of agile software development. Display a passion for outcomes and support development teams working on critical projects. Leverage expertise of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. Ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders and mentor and supervise team members to help coach the team to their highest performance level. Develop and analyze tests for products and systems. Collaborate with other engineering departments when necessary. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with IT and leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams
2+ years of experience interacting with clients and providing program support across multiple Agile teams
Experience coordinating product development activities across the program or project and developing requirements
Experience providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
Experience evaluating Sprint Reviews and Demos
Experience managing and maintaining a Program Increment backlog
Ability to manage discrepancy reports identified during testing and develop, build, and test multiple lab environments using various telephony and networking hardware following formal testing methods
Ability to set priorities and rearrange schedules to address unexpected issues, and perform baseline, unit or integration, component, and regression level testing in support of research and development efforts
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of experience with testing, systems administration, or systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with the operational methodologies employed by the USCYBERCOM capability development teams in support of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
Experience with Jira, including use of Jira Dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps
Experience leading Agile transformation efforts and working collaboratively to establish or incrementally improve large solution Agile processes
Knowledge of Confluence, including project administration
Knowledge of Continuous Integration Frameworks, including Jenkins
Knowledge of Splunk
Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Software Architect, Information Systems, or Vulnerability Research and Exploitation
Agile or SAFe Certification, such as SAFe Program Consultant Certification
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
