We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.  

As   an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge systems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers], you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to a critical mission.

You Have:

·       4+ years of experience with translating and analyzing business requirements into system testable requirements

·       4+ years of experience with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and user workflows

·       4+ years of experience with stakeholder and client management

·       2+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence

·       Experience in working with multiple teams, including UX/UI, QA, development team, or stakeholders, such as clients

·       Knowledge of the software development life cycle process, including Agile development and Agile ceremonies

·       Ability to work with the software development team and serve as the main point of contact regarding requirements questions, clarification, and use cases

·       Ability to be detailed-oriented in requirements breakdown, grasp new concepts quickly, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help to shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities

·       TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

·       Bachelor's degree

  

Nice If You Have:

·       Experience with DoD preferred

·       Experience with system bug triaging

·       Ability to be a team player and assist with other areas that may be out of scope from the day-to-day responsibilities

·       Agile SAFe or Scrum Certification

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
