Key Role:
Support mobile device and operating system Tier III functions within a classified environment under general supervision. Participate in gathering and documenting IT infrastructure (ITI) system requirements and management process change requests and assist with authoring ITI system administration documentation. Support the ITI design engineer by providing input on any stage of the system development life cycle (SDLC), as necessary. Support the ITI test team by validating functionality and performance requirements, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
-Knowledge of mobile device and operating system security and functional testing
-Knowledge of mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure
-Knowledge of Windows and Linux server infrastructure
-Knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI) concepts and applications, including certificate management
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree required
-Security+ CE Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to harden mobile devices against DoD guidance, as applicable, including DoD security technical implementation guides (STIGs)
-Ability to develop diagrams per standard operating procedures using Microsoft Visio
-Ability to write and execute client-ready test plans and test case scenarios and write and present client-ready test reports
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent visual communication skills
-Top Secret clearance
-Registration Authority (RA) training and credentials on DoD Public Key Infrastructure
