Job Description
Key Role:
Provide subcontract administration support, including pre-and post-award subcontract administration within an internal subcontracts team, and maintain responsibility for soliciting and administering subcontracts, modifications, and task and delivery orders. Assist with the formulation of price strategy and price-to-win in conjunction with prime contract and project leads, review prime solicitation packages, and draft subcontract solicitation packages to support the prime proposal. Conduct price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and write subcontract price analysis narratives for prime contract proposals. Make entries into Booz Allen procurement systems, process task orders and modifications, and serve as the primary interface between Booz Allen and subcontractors in the pre-and post-award phase. Negotiate subcontract agreements, prepare small business subcontracting plans on proposal efforts, and ensure appropriate prime contract flow-downs and firm or agency provisions are incorporated into subcontract agreements. Maintain subcontract files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and the Booz Allen Procurement Manual. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with subcontract administration with contractors supporting federal contracts
Experience with contracts, including CPFF LOE, FFP, FFPLOE, and T&M
Experience successfully negotiating complex contract terms and conditions
Experience with government subcontract file documentation, CPSR requirements, and the proposal process for federal acquisitions
Experience in a high-volume subcontract administration environment
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs)
Ability to learn GSA schedules, GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles
Ability to learn and negotiate non-disclosure and teaming agreements
Ability to learn contract types, including LOE, T&M, and various IDIQ types
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
