Are you searching for a position where you can use your technical writer skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. We have an opportunity for a technical writer to join our team. As a technical writer on our team, you’ll help to analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll sit in on discussions with leadership and a collaborative engineering, developer and analysis team that will help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll assist with designing data collection plans, facilitating workshops, and communicating the team’s research and illustrative analysis using strong writing, editing, and communication skills to analyze and present complex information in a format that is easy to read and comprehend to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision makers. On our team, you’ll learn how to use an agile process to provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative and qualitative results they can expect.
