Strategy Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Analyst

Key Role:

Provide independent and expert advice related to the Air Force Strategy, Planning, and Programming Process. Assist with the development of decision-making tools related to Air Force Resource Allocation Plan inputs and programming outputs. Employ and interpret data from external and internally developed databases to support functional tasks related to macro resource allocation trends in the Air Force SP3. Assist with task and workflow management.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in Air Force Service level program management, resource allocation, and organizational development

-5+ years of experience with working in Air Force SP3 or PPBE processes

-Experience with using ABIDES to extract programming data required to support the planning process 

-Experience with analyzing large data sets

-Knowledge of the Air Force Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process 

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the organization and structure of the US Air Force  

-Knowledge of the Air Force planning process including the Enhanced Tradespace Tool (ETT) application

-Knowledge of SAF and FM programming and budget execution processes 

-Possession of excellent data analysis and interpretive skills 

-MA or MS degree in a national security or technical management field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
