Job Description
Key Role:
Analyze information technology requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across (IT) teams. Assist intelligent real-time decision-making on program office software procurements, licenses, and renewals. Identify, track, and ensure that maintenance, support, and upgrade protection renewals are managed, handled, and ordered. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with IT asset management
Experience with developing or implementing hardware and software asset management life cycle management processes and tools
Knowledge of asset tracking, request, and workflow tools
Ability to plan, monitor, and record software license or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and license agreements
Ability to accurately document and report, in real-time, on IT asset maintenance, allocation, growth, and compliance
Ability to manage project prioritization and planning
Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of experience working in a professional environment or a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Licensing
Knowledge of Service Now IT Asset Management Applications
Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT assets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to help foster communication among the team
ITIL and ITAM Foundations Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
