Job Description
Key Role:
Act as a assistant System Administrator Security Manager (SASM) for the US Marine Corps. Provide programmatic, security and administrative support to develop and implement security policies and planning procedures to protect classified information. Provide subject matter expertise on the operational Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) system with privileged access to implement enhanced exchanges of information, customer service, and ensure improved productivity. Provide technical advice and assistance relative to security policies and procedures to the sponsor and affiliated agencies. Review security policies and instructions and recommend changes to program security policies, instruction manuals, and standard operating procedures to conform to national and DoD requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
-1 year of experience with compartmented command and control systems, such as Planning and Decision Aid Systems (PDAS)
-Knowledge of DoD Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) security policy, regulations, and procedures
-Knowledge of OSD Special Access Program (SAP) program security policy, regulations, and procedures
-Knowledge of security manager programs and procedures
-Knowledge of Special Security Representative Duties
-Knowledge of administrative requirements of the Command and supporting organizations
-Ability to effectively manage and organize various program activities and tasks, singularly and together
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience working with senior executive-level officials
-Experience supporting the Department of Defense, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
