Job Description
Key Role:
Drive and grow the C5 Cyber and Cloud solutions business. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing diverse Air Force Cloud-native and third party solutions to business development initiatives. Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change. Work with the market account teams to develop and deliver appropriate solutions for clients which will include frequent engagement with clients in both selling and project delivery roles. Manage the hiring, mentoring and growth of a strong team of cloud professionals who deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while working well with each other, and their peers in other capabilities is key.
Basic Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience with leading DoD mission programs
- 10+ years of experience with Network or Systems Engineering
- Experience in engaging with and operating at the General Officer (GO) or SES level
- Experience assessing legacy systems to identify modern technology solutions
- Experience leveraging industry best practices to develop technology solution recommendations
- Experience gathering requirements and understanding legacy system architectures to develop modernizing cloud architectures
- Knowledge of Cloud-native and third party solutions to enable integration across multiple Cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Government cloud providers
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
