The Opportunity:
Are you a Configuration Manager with experience in information technology (IT)? Do you embrace a dynamic work environment and want to work in an environment where IT underpins the mission? We are looking for a Configuration Manager who can manage requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and configuration management functions. You know that Configuration Managers touch every part of an IT environment to support clients and be a key contributor to team success.
In this role, you'll support larger program goals to ensure a well-designed IT environment and assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work directly with clients to help ensure that configuration and change management are managed effectively. You'll engage with clients to identify configuration items (CI), implement change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits, participate in review boards, process change proposals, and enforce change management requirements. You'll communicate with executive leadership through plans and reports.

You Have:
Experience developing configuration management reviews and processes
Experience conducting quality assurance on all change management developed and deliverable products and tracking reports
Knowledge of IT configuration management standards
Ability to describe provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits
Ability to manage and maintain artifact repositories and streamline operations on cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help support a team
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree and 15 years of work experience as a Configuration Manager or Bachelor’s degree and 23 years of experience as a Configuration Manager
SAFe 5.1 Agilist Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with performance management improvement
Experience with executive-level briefings and support
Experience with planning and management of IT configuration and change management processes
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and service level agreements are aligned
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
Certified Configuration Management Professional, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Project Management Professional, and ITIL v4 Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
