Cross-Functional Team Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide program analysis support to a Service Headquarters cross-functional team. Coordinate and collaborate with DoD stakeholders across four lines of effort: force posture, associated military and family housing or quality of life construction, training programs and facilities, and financial issues throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Advise and prepare senior leadership for decisions and key leader engagements related to the overall posture of forces and Service realignment initiatives in the Indo-Pacific. Develop detailed knowledge of treaties, agreements, and local geo-political factors in diverse areas throughout the Pacific, including U.S. states and territories, and ally and partner nations. Attend planning activities, working groups, and forums as required. Keep various DoD and other U.S. government stakeholders aligned on Service posture plans and implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with the DoD
  • 2+ years of experience supporting strategic partnerships, international engagements, international agreements, or security cooperation initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Political Science

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a Combatant Command or Service Headquarters
  • Experience briefing U.S. military General Officers or senior executive-level officials
  • Knowledge of military command structure, missions, roles, and organizational structures
  • Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific theater
  • Possession of strong research and analysis skills
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
