Job Description
Key Role:
Architect, develop, and operationalize software solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of technology platforms. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in enterprise software development
- Experience with the CI/CD pipeline, Systems Engineering Lyfecycle (SELC), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) methodologies
- Knowledge of open-source distributed massively parallel processing databases, including GreenPlum, and open-source big data technologies, such as Apache Hadoop, or Apache Kafka
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Java and Python
- Ability to translate software and technical requirements to mission-critical and customized software products and platforms
- Ability to determine optimal methods for aggregating, storing, correlating, and visually presenting structured and unstructured data
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber, Engineering, or Data Analysis
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with developing software implementation and training materials
- Experience with vulnerability management, vulnerability analysis, and security controls
- Knowledge of Linus, Unix, and Windows operating systems security
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber, Engineering, or Data Analysis
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
