Job Description
Key Role:
Take an active part in cyber defense across the DoD. Support opportunities to improve coordination and processes that protect mission critical information from the constant onslaught of cyber-attacks. Sharpen your coordination and cybersecurity expertise for areas of concern. Support the client as their representative. Facilitate information sharing and operations, planning, and exercise coordination between the clients for matters related to cybersecurity and communications. Build and maintain a trusted partnership between key client programs.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with cyber operations in the DoD or DHS
Knowledge of project management concepts
Ability to organize based on known or emergent requirements
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience with cyber operations or Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570-01-M IAT-II Certification, including GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP within 6 months after start date
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of National, DoD, and DHS cybersecurity strategies
Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Cyberspace Operations, including Joint Publications, doctrine, and policy implementation
Ability to formulate recommendations for corrective action to address identified risks and support Joint Cyberspace Center operations
Ability to draft clear and concise reports
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
Possession of excellent project management and organization skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
