Data Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with leveraging Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software

-3+ years of experience with conducting data analytics or business analytics using quantitative and statistical methods

-1+ years of experience with SQL functions

-Experience with ingesting and analyzing data from a variety of sources, including APIs, JSONs, and Microsoft Excel

-Ability to explore and gather insights, identify patterns and trends, and tell stories with data 

-Ability to translate quantitative results to lay audiences

-TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting the IC or DoD

-Experience with SharePoint administration or development

-Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field

-SAS or CAP Certification

Clearance:
