The Opportunity:

Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, enterprise change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward, developing and embedding a culture of change and agility.  It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to support a dynamic client with your change management expertise. Impact large scale organizational and digital transformation change through the development of strategies and plans that drive faster adoption and ensure organizational business objectives are achieved. Work with a client’s organization to help solve challenges and build better business processes. Build trusted client relationships to anticipate client needs and propose solutions, continually identifying additional areas of improvement to evolve client organizations. Engage in stakeholder relationship management and engagement on behalf of clients, designing strategies and tactics, supporting training and communications efforts, conducting assessments, and facilitating meetings and briefings. Work with us as we lead change in the Department of Defense.
