Force Management Defense Mission Expert

The Opportunity:

As an accomplished Army Force Manager Defense Mission Expert, you’ll bring your leadership and Force Management and Force Development consulting expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Joint and Army strategy to help the Army deliver the Army of 2030 and design the Army of 2040. You’ll use your knowledge of "How the Army Runs" and expertise in Total Army Analysis and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution to address priority Army and DoD challenges.

You Have:  

  • 8+ years of experience with Army or Joint Force Management and Force Development and Corps level or higher

  • 3+ years of experience with serving on the Army Staff in Force Management or Force Development roles

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role to support the Total Army Analysis processes, inputs, outputs, and analytics

  • Ability to develop and design organizational structures for high priority and visibility commands and projects

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with developing materiel solutions for Army or DoD warfighter systems

  • Experience with synchronizing Army modernization and procurement efforts 

  • Knowledge of Army Force Structure processes and systems, including the Structure and Manpower Allocation System and Force Management System

  • Ability to develop executive briefings and brief senior Army and DoD leadership

  • Master's degree

  • Graduate of Command and General Staff College or an equivalent

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
