The Challenge:
When our country’s cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough, we need a plan. And when that plan needs to protect our Information domain, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, an information warfighting (IW) policy specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you’ll lead the development of writing Marine Corps service-level IW strategy by integrating in-depth knowledge of multiple information disciplines into a unified and coherent strategic approach, supporting campaign plans and roadmaps. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and leverage in-depth knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps information policy and capabilities. You’ll develop innovative service offerings by applying a mix of strategic and technical knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps network environments, cyberspace operations, up-to-date technologies, and Marine Corps force requirements. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience with Marine Corps information capability areas, including Cyber, Space, EMSO, Civil Affairs, or Military Information Support Operations
- Experience working with senior-level decision-makers within the DoD, DoN, and individual Armed Services
- Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations, DoD and DoN policies, and the relationships between primary N/MC operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, IW, or Technology, or 3+ years of experience with information activities, including Cyber, IT, Electromagnetic Spectrum, Influence Operations, or Military Information Support Operations (MISO) in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working as project manager and leading programs involving IW or Cyber operations, network management, or technology services
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
