Job Description
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for supporting a senior requirements analyst with collecting inputs throughout an integrated enterprise and using them to support various processes associated with the Joint Staff and the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS). Provide process support with Capability Portfolio Management, Mission Integration Management, Capability Gap Analysis, Functional Capabilities Boards (FCBs), Joint Capabilities Boards (JCBs), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), and Joint Staff Action Processing (JSAP). Prepare and coordinate Information Papers, Decision Papers, or other correspondence, including senior military general and flag officers. Maintain responsibility for preparing and presenting high-level government briefings and presentations. Ensure seamless operation of engagements which require many stakeholders from various organizations within and outside the DoD.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with an integrated enterprise
3+ years of experience in working with Senior US Military Staffs or Combatant Commands
Experience with JCIDS, JROC, and Joint Staff staffing
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of federal and DoD policies, strategies, and guiding documents
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating effectively with senior-level clients
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
