As a Joint Fires Action Officer, you are able to provide technical and administrative support to the Navy client. This position will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the Navy and the participating agencies and DoD services. You will work hand-in-hand with the client by representing the U.S. Navy in meetings, preparing executive level briefings, analyzing client discussions and relating key information with Naval impacts, and executing interagency coordination and communication.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working directly with the Department of Defense or Department of the Navy
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational improvements
- Experience with identifying key issues and developing sound recommendations using analytical expertise
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of military processes and methodologies
- Ability to confidently convey information and provide recommendations to senior staff and military officials to enable executive-level dialogue and national decision-making options
- Ability to manage high-priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of Navy JLO operations and mission objectives
- Knowledge of DoD and DoN requirements and acquisition processes
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
