Knowledge Management Developer

As a Senior SharePoint Developer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Military to develop and apply industry leading technical solutions using your advanced technical expertise. Your customer will trust you to build, test, and deploy capabilities to transition information flows to a modernized information flow architecture, define technical and process improvements to achieve improved performance and compliance, and improved decision logic and rule sets applied to knowledge management. You’ll interact directly with U.S. Military customers to understand their needs to develop protocol processing solutions that support the mission and strategy of the service. You Have: 

  • 10+ year of experience with implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, and solutions or performance of business process definition, business process modeling, and information system schemes

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Visio, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint

  • Experience with working in a professional environment and solving complex knowledge and change management challenges

  • Ability to work 100% of the time in-person at a client site

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a SharePoint Developer to decompose functional process requirements for technical tool development and implementation and present and explain findings to teammates and the leadership team 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requests

  • Ability to synthesize information into concise and high-quality work products

  • Secret clearance

  • Master’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with leading a geographically dispersed team

  • Experience with participating in or leading scrum activities, including daily stand-up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, or retrospectives

  • Knowledge of military and DoD organizations

  • Certified Knowledge Manager Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
