Job Description
The Opportunity:
To transform effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization from a merger or split-up, our clients need a change management consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
That’s why we need you, an experienced management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your specialized experience to give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and team members, you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward—and the expected results—to leadership and decision makers.
This is your chance to grow experience in office management and zero trust principles while deepening your consulting skills.
Work with us as we help the Department of Defense evolve.
You Have:
12+ years of experience in office management, program management, or administrative assistance
Experience supporting and interacting with clients at the Senior Executive Service or General Officer and Flag Officer levels
Knowledge of DoD communication systems and administrative systems, such as Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Ability to manage client and office schedules and coordinate interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to understand client priorities and adopt daily operations to meet evolving requirements
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience taking meeting minutes and assigning actions
Knowledge of the Department of Defense and the roles in coordination with other components
Ability to organize and facilitate daily operations of a program office
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
