This is an opportunity to create efficiency for U.S. Space Force clients. As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with data gathering, analysis, and deveopment of product templates
3+ years of experience with conducting research, utilizing qualitative data to formulate findings and recommendations, and presenting findings to senior leaders
2+ years of experience working with government or military organizations
Knowledge of military organizations
Ability to maintain multiple document platforms daily and coordinate with various front offices to complete tasks, including scheduling senior leaders’ meetings, conferences, and travel
Ability to work up to 100% of the time in-person alongside clients based on project needs
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
1+ years of experience with supporting senior executives, including General Officers, Senior Executive Service, or C-Suite officers
1+ years of experience with business development, whitepaper development, and new intellectual capital development
Master’s degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
