Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as part of the team that supports Joint Force Development. Provide analytical support for updating joint training policy and publications. Coordinate requests for information. Use Microsoft Office to update and design graphics detailing federal government processes, explaining procedural actions, and demonstrating how varying policies interact. Participate in working groups with the Joint Staff, Military Services, Defense Agencies, interagency stakeholders, and Allies and Partners. Participate in various program meetings, collaborate with stakeholders, develop documents and briefs, and present results to Joint Force leaders at the GS-15 or O-6 level and above.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to produce high level deliverables
Knowledge of the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or Service headquarters
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Service headquarters
Ability to balance time and focus efforts on most impactful activities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
