Program Controls Coordinator

The Opportunity:

Whether fulfilling an immediate task, recognizing a mission gap and recommending a solution, or flexing to support an immerging requirement, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and become a strong member of the team. That is why we need you, a Program Controls Coordinator who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and provide high-quality mission support. 


As part of our team, you'll serve as a Program Controls Coordinator to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), helping oversee the creation and execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs in microelectronics. As a Program Controls Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing documentation requirements in coordination with office leadership and Program Manager teams. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success. As a Program Controls Coordinator, you will work closely with a high-performing, fast-paced team to support government office leadership and Program Manager clients. You will lead tasks in a variety of areas to include tracking milestones and actions within workstreams across cross-functional teams and drafting, writing, and editing reports, correspondence, and other documents. You Have: 

  • Experience in interacting and communicating with senior level executives, including SES or GS-15

  • Experience working in the front office in a government R&D environment 

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities 

  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams 

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor’s degree


 Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the military or DoD

  • Experience working with technical staff or engineers 

  • Experience in supporting a DoD front office 

  • Experience in coordination, tracking, and management of taskers, suspense, and other documentation

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and deliverables 

  • Possession of excellent organizational skills

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
