The Opportunity:

As a risk management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced risk manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational risk programs in support of Navy client. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review all the risks for the program and work with the government civilian teams to manage the risk program. Regular interactions with Program Managers, Senior Stakeholders, and development teams are the essential part of this role.

Work with us and ensure Navy Program accomplishes its goals within budget as we improve Human Resources Systems.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

  • 5+ years of experience with risk management

  • Knowledge of risk management practices and tools

  • Ability to communicate and present risks to Senior Military Officers, Senior Stakeholders, Program Managers, and Project Team Members effectively

  • Ability to run weekly virtual risks meeting with large number of participants and collect live feedback

  • Ability to coordinate risk resolution and mitigation steps with the project team members

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
