As a strategy analyst for the CDO, you’ll bring your consulting, strategic, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Security Cooperation and Data Governance on projects for the Department of Army. You’ll use your end-to-end Foreign Military Sales process expertise to research, analyze, assess, and support data governance products and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assisting with designing, developing, and implementing data governance policies, documents, and products.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with Army FMS case management
2+ years of experience with developing Army FMS cases
Experience managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with sometimes competing directives to meet aggressive deadlines
Knowledge of the Centralized Integrated System for International Logistics (CISIL), Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), or Army authoritative data tools
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in working within a military Service headquarters
Experience assisting with the development and implementation of executive-level data governance charters, policies, and documents to drive integrated technical results
Knowledge of data warehousing best practices, big data environments, or cloud technologies
Knowledge of executive-level partner nation engagements
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets through data collection and analysis tools
Possession of strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
