We’re looking for a senior Windows systems engineer to help us configure and maintain high availability domain controllers, Active Directory forests, and federations.
As a Windows and Active Directory Systems Engineer on our multi-disciplinary project, you'll ensure the Active Directory infrastructure is functional and highly available, and constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. You'll evaluate opportunities to improve mission critical networks. You'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. You'll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. Join our team and solve daily challenges as we improve and enable our client's mission.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with Windows systems engineering and administration, including on U.S. government IT implementations
- Experience installing and configuring Windows domains and setting up virtual infrastructure
- Experience managing multi-site Active Directory deployments, replication services, and group policy
- Experience building and configuring Windows management services, including SCCM/MECM, WSUS, and SQL
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience with advanced systems engineering activities, technology roadmap development, or testing and release management
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and work in a team environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain IAT II Certification within 30 days of hire
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with AWS
- Knowledge of database administration and integration with automation, orchestration, and security platforms
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred; Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) a plus
- IAT III Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
