Enterprise Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Design architectural roadmaps for enterprise architecture (EA), in accordance with enterprise strategies and EA processes, while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with EA or as an Architect in a functional or technical area

  • 3+ years of experience in one technical domain developing deep expertise, including Software Development, Digital Experience, Data, Analytics, AI, Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, or CyberSecurity

  • Experience with building integrated viewpoints to evolve a technical domain, including Software Development, Digital Experience, Data, Analytics, AI, Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, or CyberSecurity

  • Experience with IT architectural analysis, evaluation, documentation, modeling design, development, model validation, and integration 

  • Experience with integrating workstreams to achieve results across Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, and Security and Privacy

  • Experience with developing project and integration roadmaps and plans

  • Experience with translating client requirements into a conceptual or solutions model and validating models

  • Experience working in a CSP environments, including AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud environments

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with building reference architectures

  • Experience with DoDAF, TOGAF, or FEA

  • Experience with developing presentations and briefings for executives to address inquiries and topics of interest to clients

  • Knowledge of architecture at varying levels, including enterprise, segment, security, and solution architectures

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology

  • CSP Solution Architect Certification, including AWS Solution Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
