Job Description
The Opportunity:
Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a DevOps Engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to develop container management software to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.
As a Platform DevSecOps Engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll be a part of a team creating, architecting, and deploying a platform that will enable developers, data scientists, universities, and research institutions to collaborate and create innovative and next-generation data modeling solutions for the client. On our team, you’ll use your Kubernetes and microservices based architecture experience to support developers, data scientists, and platform architects. You not only know the benefits of containerization and orchestration tools, but you’re also able to translate those to your customers using the platform. Using your DevOps platform experience, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to rapidly deploy, manage, and secure the CDC Kubernetes environments using zero trust security practices that will support multi-tenant environments.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
You Have:

2+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions
Experience using active learning and analytical thinking within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Knowledge of provisioning computer networking and storage, and setting up servers that the platform is on, including VMs or networks
