Job Description
Key Role:
Oversee and deliver complex technical projects, particularly in the AI domain, while guiding technical teams and ensuring the successful execution of multiple development efforts. Utilize software development expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and project management practices. Drive successful delivery using technical expertise and project management.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead in software development and mentoring technical teams
2+ years of expertise in software architecture, coding, and troubleshooting, ensuring technical solutions align with project goals
1+ years of experience in developing coding best practices, frameworks in areas of Data Engineering and Machine Learning
Experience with the SDLC, identifying technical gaps in user stories and acceptance criteria, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and managing project dependencies across multiple projects
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience programming in Java, Python, Apache Spark
Experience with Databricks, Palantir, or Snowflake
Knowledge of AI and ML domains
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
