Job Description
Key Role:
Provide support to the development of requirements and capabilities for the client. Leverage C2ISR experience to provide analytical, advisory, and technical expertise, and analysis on anticipated and proposed activities to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2), and Open Mission Systems (OMS) initiatives. Work closely with key personnel from the Air Force (AF) Combat Command, AF Material Command, AF Life Cycle Management Center, AF Research Laboratory, and the Common Mission Control Center program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as an Air Battle Manager (ABM)
- Experience with C2ISR capabilities and requirements
- Experience with JADC2, ABMS, BMC2, or OMS efforts
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a Wing, Unit, or Tactical Data Link Manager
- Experience at the Combatant Command, Air Staff, Numbered Air Force, or Air Force Major Command level
- Experience in Air Operations Center
- Experience with fused intelligence products and programs
- Ability to interface with external partners
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
