Job Description
Key Role:
Assist the project manager with the overall coordination of travel for deployed personnel in support of the total corporate program. Apply specific functional project management and general industry or corporate knowledge for personnel management. Develop or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs. Participate in the coordination of personnel movement to and from the United States and a deployed location. Track progress and performance according to program schedules and goals and develop solutions to program problems.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with project support or management and analytics
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to support strategic consulting services through data collection, develop recommendations, and produce actionable products and deliverables
Ability to manage a project plan, author briefings, and formulate responses to data calls
Ability to execute complex personnel movements throughout the globe
Ability to be detailed-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with personnel management or Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with consulting or client management
Experience with corporate policy and procedure adherence
Experience with travel coordination
Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
Ability to display analytical thinking and develop and articulate business cases and stories
Possession of excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
