Job Description
Key Role:
Accept and help refine public health related business requirements and implementation approaches by identifying, evaluating, and analyzing data for relationships, quality, and completeness. Apply consulting and technical expertise to understand and explain data constraints, interrelationships, and implementation approaches for meeting client requirements. Analyze, document, and describe data structures and their relationships in supporting business and providing useful data in applications. Work directly and collaboratively with end-users, business analysts, solution architects, system administrators, and data engineers. Perform impact analysis scenarios and gap analysis activities to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, obsolescence, and technology support gaps. Work without considerable direction.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with data management or data analysis of complex data sets
Experience with profiling, joining, and manipulating data using standard SQL
Ability to facilitate information discovery sessions with business owners and SMEs to extract all appropriate information and context
Ability to lead requirements gathering
Ability to work directly and collaboratively with technical staff, including developers and testers
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with documentation, including focusing on accuracy, consistency, and standardized terminology
Experience with large enterprise datasets
Knowledge of master data management
Ability to work in standardized and non-standardized processes to accomplish assigned tasks

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
