Executive Support Professional

Key Role:

Provide clerical and administrative support services. Review calendars for senior leadership on a continuous basis. Develop and maintain administrative documents and generate and distribute general communications. Provide administrative support for meetings. Perform other administrative tasks required for daily office operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with executive support or office administration within the IC 

  • Experience with developing or coordinating outreach packages

  • Experience with web site content and social media updates

  • Experience with the intelligence community (IC) processes and procedures 

  • Experience with maintaining calendars 

  • Experience with performing administrative duties for a dynamic office environment 

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or Lotus Notes 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience interfacing with the government

  • Experience with maintaining a calendar, providing meeting support, coordinating and arranging travel, and handling administrative tasks associated with attending, training, conference, or seminars

  • Experience with tracking leave and travel for employees and drafting and proofreading correspondence

  • Experience with basic office management and supporting in-processing and out-processing of employees

  • Experience with developing or coordinating outreach packages

  • Experience with Web site content and social media updates

  • Experience with IC domains

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
