This is an opportunity to create efficiency in federal healthcare programs. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and work with clients to design and implement strategies for improvement. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have: 

·       5 years of experience with implementation settings

·       Experience with translating policy into operations and system requirements and assessing operational feasibility

·       Ability to negotiate complex and conflicting issues

·       Ability to be adaptable and flexible and an out of the box thinker with a propensity to innovate

·       Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships across all levels of a matrixed, geographically and culturally dispersed organization

·       Ability to facilitate ambiguous and polarized discussions with executives in attendance and drive the group to take action or make a decision

·       Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

·       Experience with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

·       Experience with documenting functional design flows

·       Experience with decision management notation

·       Experience in working with contractors and building trusting working relationships aimed at collective success

·       ​Experience with integrating across groups of clients and contractors to bring consensus and align on the next steps

·       Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

·       Possession of excellent facilitation skills, including for ambiguous and polarized discussions with executives in attendance

·       Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
