Security Specialist Executive Advisor

Key Role:

Works under general direction, exercising reasonable latitude in determining protective service techniques to accomplish objectives. Participates in providing executive protection and site security for the Chief Executive Officer and company leadership. Conducts close in-person protection, advanced security surveys, threat analysis, risk mitigation and logistical facilitation for domestic and international operations. Assists in determining the need for procurement, installation and operational instruction of security equipment required at the residence, vacation homes or offices of executives. Identifies groups, individuals and merging technologies that may pose a threat to executives. Participates in professional forums and maintains currency with trends and developments in the executive protection field.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization

  • Experience in and exposure to the international security arena

  • Ability to perform defensive combat techniques

  • Ability to perform duties wearing personal protective equipment

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Protection Officer (CPO) certification preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
