Solution Architect, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Support complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and delivering client impact through a winning bid. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts throughout the business development life cycle. Assume responsibility for ensuring the solution design and architecture will score strengths and resonate with clients. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for high-priority technically complex captures and proposals. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increased analytical development work in emerging markets. Communicate effectively with capture team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Help transform the way our client uses technology, including cloud migration through your leadership, integrate advanced technology, and modernize legacy systems.  Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for government clients in analytics, big data, cybersecurity, engineering, predictive analytics, or AI/ML

  • 3+ years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions and developing proposal efforts for Health and Human Services and government clients in excess of $150M

  • Experience in solution architecture with an emphasis on data and analytics for enterprise infrastructure

  • Experience with developing complex technical solutions for very large captures

  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservices and event driven architecture

  • Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels throughout the solutioning process

  • Public Trust

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners

  • Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies

  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
