Treasury and Capital Markets Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a Lead on Booz Allen’s Corporate Treasury team – focused most specifically on cash forecasting and debt capital markets. Leverage expertise with the three financial statements and create complex excel models to support cash forecasting, capital structure planning, and deployment initiatives. Apply expertise in other corporate treasury functions, including cash positioning, bank account management, interest rate management, bank relationships, foreign exchange, working capital, liquidity management, and banking strategies. Engage with external stakeholders to manage relationships with financial institutions and other third-party providers. Help the team transform the treasury function through process improvement and optimization, automation of functions, increasing internal controls, and leveraging digital and analytical capabilities to prepare management reports and measure performance of financial activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with corporate treasury operations, including cash forecasting, cash positioning, working capital, liquidity management, banking strategies, bank account management, interest rate and foreign exchange hedging, and bank relationship management
  • Experience modeling the three core financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and the linkages between them
  • Experience with digital tools and technologies within finance and treasury
  • Experience leveraging a Bloomberg terminal into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Knowledge of debt capital markets and transacting deals in the market
  • Ability to develop ad-hoc, complex excel models and synthesize the data into executive level presentations
  • Ability to manage network of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing or managing a Treasury Management System
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
