Commercialization Advisor, Lead

Key Role:

Obtain, organize, and analyze market-related information from internal and external sources. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with developing and commercializing products and financing corporate ventures

  • Experience with supporting senior leaders

  • Experience in health or healthcare entrepreneurship, intellectual property, or collaborative private and public sectors

  • Experience in solving complex business problems and business systems reengineering using creative approaches

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers at all levels

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in health innovation and health trends

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Health Policy, or Communications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
