Job Description
The Opportunity:
Critical decisions are made every single day in our military. What if you could use your knowledge of DoD tradecraft to lead innovation in analytic and process design? With the evolving, fast-paced nature of today’s mission support, it takes an independent, self-motivated tradecraft expert to assist the client in meeting the challenges of a critical mission environment. As tradecraft advocate support for EUCOM, you will work to introduce and modernize methodologies, processes, and products to align analytic enhancement efforts with client requirements. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, project management experience, and knowledge of DOD tradecraft, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and workforce.
Your daily duties will require you to work with the Analyst Lead, JAC Tradecraft Advocate, PEB Leads, and teams across the JAC, to implement innovative analytic enhancement efforts and process design. You will leverage your knowledge to develop and enhance analytic and tradecraft skills across the workforce, including analytically onboarding new contract staff. You’ll validate these efforts through coordination with analytic leadership across divisions and EUCOM HQ. Consistent engagement with client leadership and the workforce will be critical to utilize these support mechanisms and ensure consistent implementation.
As an authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This initiative-guided role also requires you to operate at a high level without the need for consistent supervision. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in analytic innovation, and share your methodologies with other professionals. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our clients.
